Bring an unwrapped toy or a monetary donation to participate in open skating at Cheel Arena, Clarkson University.

All donations will support Santa's Workshop 2025, helping provide gifts, food, and clothing to eligible families in need in Potsdam and the surrounding communities.

Clarkson University - Science Center Room 360

Clarkson Professor Jim Peploski brings his “Miracles, Magic and Mayhem” show targeted to children and great fun for all ages to the community which benefits the Potsdam Holiday Fund. The show will feature 10 to 15 demonstrations, including a free sample of ice cream made by using liquid nitrogen. 

Each family or individual attending is asked to bring a new, unwrapped gift (age range 0-17) to donate to the Potsdam Holiday Fund. Monetary contributions are also welcome in lieu of a purchased gift. 

The event is sponsored by Peploski and the Clarkson University Department of Chemistry & Biomolecular Science.
